Gacoki Kipruto
PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER & KENYA COUNTRY LEAD FOR THE AFRICAN FOOD FELLOWSHIP
Gacoki is a seasoned international development professional who has worked towards inclusive economic growth across East Africa, through enhancing access to finance and access to markets, mainly for agriculture and renewable energy.
Based in Nairobi, she is the Kenya Country Lead for the African Food Fellowship, a partnership between Wasafiri and Wageningen University & Research, where she works closely with leaders shaping the future of food systems.
Gacoki brings a systems lens to her work, with a strong ability to connect people, ideas, and sectors to address complex challenges. She is known for her thoughtful research, collaborative approach, and ability to turn insight into practical, partnership-driven action.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kenyatta University.
