Caroline Numuhire
CONSULTANT & RWANDA FOOD SYSTEMS ACTIONS LEAD FOR THE AFRICAN FOOD FELLOWSHIP
Caroline Numuhire is a Senior International Development Consultant, with 10 years’ experience in programme management, and entrepreneur and leadership development. She specialises in strategy, organisational development, impact storytelling for non-profit and philanthropy organisations, and leadership coaching. Caroline has served as a Programme Officer at the Segal Family Foundation (SFF), where she co-managed the Francophone Africa portfolio, and has worked with organisations such as Gardens for Health International, Global Health Corps (GHC), Impact Hub Kigali, African Food Fellowship, The New Africa Fund, and Micah 6:8 Foundation, among others.
She is also the Founder of The ConneXion, an organisational and leadership development consultancy firm that empowers individuals, organisations, and business leaders to thrive. Caroline is a Rwanda expert and has worked across Africa and in the USA. She holds a Masters in Global Health Delivery and a BA in Agricultural Sciences (Rural Development and Agribusiness).
