David is the founder of Impact, the multi-award winning, creative change agency. With almost 40 years’ experience of bringing inspiration and change to the world’s leading companies, David’s vision and direction have established him as a global market leader in experiential learning and innovative approaches to leadership and organisational development.

He has been personally recognised for his work in receiving the Institute of Directors’ regional director of the year award, and has spoken at the House of Lords and Downing Street in an attempt to inspire corporates, public bodies and NGOs to look beyond philanthropy and embrace the concept of doing well by doing good.

When he gets time David enjoys travelling the world, scuba diving and sheep farming!
